The Ritz Carlton – Bears Club is located in Jupiter, Florida.  It is a Jack Nicolas designed Golf Community that caters to an upscale clientele. 

Herpel completed 78 Golf Villas which consisted of Cast Stone decks, pools, columns, fireplace and fountain features.  Herpel also completed 30 Estate Homes valued at 2 million plus per estate. 

Our product was used extensively throughout – pool deck and coping, Cabanas, fountains, fireplaces, columns, Front Entry, Treads, Balcony Edging and Wall Cap. 

The General Contractor was Eagle Tree Construction, and the Architect was Peacock and Lewis.

This project was completed 2007 with ongoing additions.
